There are also Locking settings such as Content control cannot be deleted, and Contents cannot be edited for your drop box. Style lets you fix how the text will appear when typing into an empty control. None hides the control and shows only the first option. I am willing to learn a bit of macro if necessary. I've tried using the legacy drop-down list and including an IF function, but that is not working for me because I can't have an additional field appearing in the document, meaning, I need the user to pick between two options, and whatever option they pick will display a certain text in the same place where the drop-list was (it is a contract document, not a form, please see example attached).
